How it Works
After having subscribed to How Do I Drive, we will record your company’s vehicles particulars on our data bank; supply you with the relevant number of stickers with logo “How Do I Drive”, together with the easy to remember phone number, 0860 RING US (0860 7464). Please note that the stickers have to be affixed to the rear of your vehicle.

A smaller sticker, the size of a business card, can be affixed to the inside of the windscreen to remind the driver that he/she is being monitored.

By being a marked vehicle, by now all road users will be encouraged to call our 24hour call centre to report any form of positive and/or negative driving behaviour.

Our unbiased and trained operator will guide the caller through a questionnaire, transform the call into a report, and notify you, the subscriber, in the shortest possible time via SMS and/or E-mail.

Observers who do not feel comfortable with calling in, have the option of using our website and logging a report via preformatted page.
All reports will be stored in our data bank for a period of 24 months.

The privacy of both subscriber and the caller will be protected; no anonymous complaints will be accepted.
